  • Educate and share QA testing methodology with team
  • Shape and improve upon our QA and testing processes as a part of our ongoing SOC II certification efforts
  • Track QA-related artifacts and metrics for reporting and auditing purposes
  • Cross-functionally collaborate with our remote product team to ensure delivery upon requirements

You’re our dream candidate if you:

  • Are passionate about quality assurance and want to join and improve upon a strong testing culture

  • Comfortable using an automated test framework for web applications (Waitr, Selenium, etc.)
  • Experience in performing QA for SaaS applications
  • Experience in data modification and web application testing
  • Experience writing automated tests (written in a scripting/programming language)
  • Have a deep understanding of SDLC processes
  • Maintain an excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Are the proud owner of a Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or equivalent experience/degree)

Brownie points if you have:

  • Worked with large scale web applications
  • Are familiar with continuous integration environments (CircleCI, Jenkins, etc.)
  • Know how to test APIs
  • Have experience with Agile or similar processes
  • Have used JIRA for ticket tracking and project management

Our benefits include:

  • Competitive compensation, insurance, and a 401k with company match
  • Flexible work hours and days, including work-from-home opportunities
  • Community-oriented, distraction-free office in San Diego focused on innovative product development
  • Time dedicated to exploring new languages/frameworks and contributing to open source
  • A pet-friendly office. Please bring your dog!
  • 19 PTO days/year
